Whether you're grieving or supporting someone who is, these episodes offer gentle insight, stories, and hope. Take what you need - you are not alone.

Guys and Grief

Guys in Grief is a powerful podcast hosted by three courageous fathers who have each experienced the unimaginable loss of an infant—through SIDS, stillbirth, and TFMR (termination for medical reasons). This podcast is one of the few dedicated spaces where grieving dads speak honestly about their experiences, making it an especially meaningful resource for fathers navigating infant loss.

What makes Guys in Grief truly special is the raw honesty and camaraderie between the hosts. They often bring in their wives to offer a partner’s perspective and feature guests who share in their grief journey, but the heart of the show lies in the conversations between the three men. Their openness offers a rare and needed glimpse into how men process loss—often differently from women—and their reflections can help couples better understand each other as they grieve.

I always recommend starting with Season One to get the full depth of their individual stories and the bond that forms between them. Whether you're a bereaved parent or supporting someone who is, this podcast offers wisdom, comfort, and solidarity. It’s not just for dads—anyone could benefit from hearing these heartfelt conversations.

Mel Robbins

While The Mel Robbins Podcast isn’t centered on grief, it frequently touches on topics that resonate deeply with grieving parents—stress, emotional regulation, relationships, motherhood, and the mind-body connection. Mel’s approach blends personal insight with neuroscience, offering listeners a grounded understanding of how our brains and bodies process intense emotions like grief, trauma, and anxiety.

Her podcast covers a wide range of themes, but what stands out is the compassion and clarity she brings to each conversation. She has a gift for translating complex science into something that feels warm, empowering, and deeply human. For those who need a more concrete, brain-based framework for understanding what’s happening inside their mind and body after loss, her episodes can be incredibly validating.

One of my favorite episodes is the 1/21 episode, where she explores the long-term impact of stress. She explains how the body’s stress response can numb us in the moment—and how, even years later, as the response fades, pain can re-emerge. This episode, in particular, speaks volumes to many of the grieving parents I’ve worked with.

Mel’s podcast may not be specifically about loss, but it’s filled with heart, intelligence, and tools that can support healing. She makes the world feel a little lighter, and sometimes that’s exactly what we need.

It's Ok That You're Not Ok

Hosted by Megan Devine—author of the groundbreaking book by the same name—It’s Okay That You’re Not Okay is a deeply validating podcast for anyone experiencing profound grief. Megan offers a perspective that challenges the cultural expectation to “move on” after loss. Instead, she gently invites us to make space for grief, to carry it, and to live alongside it without needing to fix or erase it.

This podcast was one of the first places where I heard someone articulate what so many grieving parents feel but can’t always say: that we don’t get over loss—we learn how to carry it. Megan’s honest and compassionate voice, along with her insightful guests, gives language to the pain and helps listeners feel seen, even in their darkest moments.

Many of the quotes and ideas that helped shape my own understanding of grief came from Megan’s work. She has a gift for honoring pain without trying to soften or reframe it—and that kind of truth is rare and powerful. The podcast often discusses the tension of dealing with well-meaning people who urge you to “move on,” and it offers tools for living with the weight of grief in a world that doesn’t always understand.

If you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed by the idea that you should be "okay" by now, this podcast is a safe and loving place to land.

Healing Hearts Podcast

Healing Hearts dives into the journal of grief and compassion, sharing stories of loss, love, and light. They aim to offer comfort and connection to those navigating their own grief and healing. Through heartfelt conversations, personal reflections, and intimate interviews, they shed light on different facets of grief, offering comfort, inspiration, and a sense of shared community. Their goal is to create a safe and understanding environment where storytelling becomes a source of healing and hope.

Sibling After Loss (SAL) Scholarship

In 2025, we had the honor of presenting the very first Sibling After Loss Sal Award, given in loving memory of Kate, Baby Sudano, and Sal, to Lola Sudano, a graduating senior from Sayville High School who has experienced the unimaginable loss of both a sibling and her mother. In a moment of divine timing, the award ceremony fell on her family’s Angelversary, making it all the more sacred. We awarded $1,111, a gentle nod to our angel numbers and a symbol of the support and love that surrounds these brave children who grow up with grief as part of their story.

A heartfelt thank you to the Patchogue Kiwanis Club for listening, believing, and helping us bring this meaningful award to life.

Application for 2026 Graduates will be available this September 2025.

The Teddy Jake Project

Thanks to the generosity of Teddy Jake Lederman’s family, Angel Baby is able to provide free birth weight bears to many of our families. These special bears are made to match each baby’s exact birth weight, offering a tangible way to hold and honor the memory of their little one. Teddy’s legacy lives on in every bear, bringing comfort and connection to families who need it most.

Floral Preservation

Angel Baby is honored to partner with Don’t Toss the Bouquet to offer free floral preservation for families who have lost a child.

Memorial and sympathy flowers often carry deep meaning. Through this partnership, families can have their flowers preserved as lasting keepsakes, a gentle, beautiful way to honor their little one’s memory.

This service is provided at no cost to Angel Baby families, with love and care from both of our teams.

If you have flowers you’d like to preserve, we’re here to help.

Welcome to Angel Baby

You don't walk alone. You walk with angels.

Here, you are not alone. Whether your loss was recent or long ago, your child’s name matters, and so does your grief. Angel Baby was created to honor the light of every child gone too soon and to gently walk beside the families who carry that ache in their hearts.

We are a community bound by compassion, remembrance, and the quiet knowing that even the smallest lives leave the brightest marks. Through our preserved keepsakes, memorial events, and sacred spaces like the sanctuary garden, we help families hold on to what the world too often tries to silence.

We speak their names. We share their stories. And we promise: even if the world forgets, we will remember.

All of Heaven is rooting for you. And so are we.

Our Story

Angel Baby began in 2016, the day we received our first bouquet from a baby, Kyleigh Hope. It was the first time flowers arrived not from a bride or a celebration, but in memory of an infant. I was in my own postpartum season with my second child, holding the weight of new life while witnessing the raw grief of a family saying goodbye to theirs. Kyleigh’s flowers did something to me; they made everything feel real, sacred, and heartbreakingly tangible.

We preserved her bouquet quietly, and when we gifted it to her family, completely unexpected and without charge. It just felt right. And from that moment, we never stopped.

As more grieving families crossed our path, their pain and their love became woven into our story. What began as floral preservation turned into so much more. We created an annual vigil, a memorial garden, and gatherings that gave space to remember, to cry, and to heal. What started with a single gesture has grown into a movement: group meetings, legacy events, and each year, our Vigil of 50,000 Candles where names are spoken, and lights are lit for every child remembered.

Now, we’re growing again. A retreat center is on the horizon, a place of peace, nature, remembrance, and connection. We dream of creating an Angel City, where families can find solace not just for a moment, but for a lifetime.

What makes Angel Baby different is something we carry with humility: our team is not made up of parents who have lost children. We are a community of helpers, hearts that have not walked the exact road of grief, but who are deeply moved to walk alongside those who have. We are friends who show up, remember names, light candles, and speak aloud the lives that many are afraid to mention.

We are here. For the long haul. For the love that never ends. For the babies who lived. And for the families who carry their memory.

Together, we believe we can change the world: one name, one flower, one light at a time.

Memorial Garden & Greenhouse

Nestled in the heart of Angel Baby is a place that feels like heaven’s breath on earth, our Memorial Garden and Greenhouse. Blooming entirely in white, the garden offers a peaceful sanctuary where grief is gently held and love is quietly celebrated. It feels like walking through a cloud: soft, sacred, and full of light.

Each flower is planted with love, fueled by rays of hope, and watered with deep sorrow. Our dream is to grow the white version of every birth flower, so that every family might one day find the blossom that speaks to their child’s story.

Throughout the year, the garden becomes a gathering place for remembrance and celebration. We honor holidays like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Grandparents Day, PS I Love You Day, and even the Fourth of July. But because love doesn’t follow a calendar, every day in the garden offers a chance to remember.

Inside the greenhouse, you’ll find birthday supplies to help families celebrate their angels’ special days in quiet joy. It’s also where our support groups meet, where friendships form, and where a warm cup of coffee and a listening ear are always waiting. In December, the space glows with a holiday tree, filled with ornaments, love notes, and light for the season of remembrance.

Families are always welcome. With a private access code, they can visit the greenhouse at any time, to reflect, to rest, or to reconnect with others who understand. Whether it’s a moment of solitude or shared grief, this is a place where hearts can breathe.

This sacred space is not just a garden. It’s a living tribute, a reflection of the love and hope that always blooms here.

Each December, as the world grows quiet and the nights stretch long, we gather to light up the darkness with love. Our Annual Angel Baby Vigil is the heart of our year, a sacred evening where thousands of tiny flames flicker in honor of the children who are forever held in memory.

More than 50,000 candles are lit, each one representing a name, a story, a life that mattered. Families come together from near and far, united by grief, love, and remembrance. Some come to speak their child’s name aloud. Others come to sit in silence beneath the stars. All are welcome.

Our vigil tree glows with ornaments placed by parents, siblings, and friends. Music drifts through the air. Names are read. Tears fall. And in the quiet of it all, there is unwavering light.

This is not just an event. It is a promise: that your child will not be forgotten. That their light still shines. That even in the deepest sorrow, you are not alone.

The Annual Vigil is a night of memory, of community, and of hope. It’s the culmination of a year of love and the beginning of a lifetime of remembrance.

Mountain House Retreat

A Sanctuary in the Making: Angel City

Tucked away in the quiet mountains of Pennsylvania, the Mountain House is the next chapter in our Angel Baby journey, a retreat space designed for rest, reconnection, and renewal. Though still in progress, its purpose is already clear: to create a peaceful escape where families can breathe deeply, grieve openly, and rediscover moments of light.

Here, you’ll find hiking trails, stargazing spots, cozy corners for conversation, and sacred spaces for reflection. It will be a place where healing doesn’t feel forced, but gently unfolds. A place where no one has to pretend they’re okay and where love and memory are always honored.

The Mountain House will host intimate weekend retreats, support gatherings, and memorial events throughout the year. Our dream is to build a haven where the whole family can come - mothers, fathers, siblings, grandparents - and feel safe, seen, and supported.

It’s still being built, but it’s already full of purpose.

The Mountain House Angel City Retreat is coming, and there will always be a space for you.

  Meet
 Team Morris

I’m Christa Morris, the founder of Angel Baby. While many assume this mission comes from personal loss, I have not experienced the loss of a child myself.

I often say I serve as a bridge between two worlds, the world of loss and the world of those who have not known it. I don’t pretend to understand loss families are feeling, but I try every single day to listen, to learn, to help, and to get others to do the same - for a decade.

Angel Baby is not just my work; it’s our family’s calling. My husband and three sons, Team Morris, talk about your angels every day too. We pray for them. We honor them. We sacrifice time, energy, and love to make sure they are remembered. This mission is not a one-woman effort. It’s a family effort. A labor of love from our hearts to yours.

Grateful for Our Incredible Helpers

Behind every light we shine is a village of kind-hearted helpers. We’re so grateful for the companies and individuals who quietly and consistently show up for Angel Baby. Thank you for being a circle of hope for many years.
